What is in SOPIQ Pulse →Each module priced
at the number you expected to pay for less.
Every module is the whole module. Prices are per user per month with an annual commitment, billed monthly. Month to month is available for a little more; paying a year up front gives two months free. Every module is free for its first thirty days.

The endpoint lines
arrive in 2027.
Endpoint management, EDR and managed detection, dark web monitoring, phishing simulation and awareness training are priced per device, per domain and per person as they ship. The Coming page has the schedule.
Straight answers.
No sales vocabulary.
What counts as a user?
A person on your People list whose access reaches the module. Give a technician the service desk and they are a Desk user; give them nothing in the CRM and they are not a Pulse user. The platform counts it, the bill shows it.
What is a person on the roster?
An employee record in SOPIQ People, or a person on the training and policy roster in SOPIQ Compass. One person, one $2, however many modules see them.
What is the five-user minimum?
Every account carries SOPIQ Pulse for at least five users, $145 a month, because the contact record is what every other module is built on. Nothing else has a minimum.
What does month to month cost?
A little more than the annual commitment per line, shown on your Modules page when you choose it. Annual billed monthly is the price on this page; annual up front is ten months for twelve.
Can I turn a module off?
Yes. It stays on until the end of the month, then its pages disappear and your data is kept. Switch it back on later and it is there.
Is SOPIQ Compass really unlimited users?
Yes. Per company means the customer company being assessed: their administrators, their staff who take training and sign policies (at $2 per person), the auditor seat and your own technicians are all included.
Start with five people.
Add the rest when you are ready.
The first thirty days of every module are free; the account is ready within one business day.
